The Patz 1100 truck mount vertical feed mixing system is custom-built to suit specific feedlot requirements.
The Patz 1100 mixer tub has a mixing capacity of up to 36m³. Designed with Balanced Flow™ technology, the Patz 1100 mixing tub’s uniquely contoured walls eliminate dead spots by creating a continuous “rolling ball” rise and fall blending of ration ingredients.
The Patz 1100 boasts a two vertical screws that can be retro-fitted with up to seven screws each for easy cutting of corn stalk hay and all other types of roughage. Six discharge options are available to accommodate feeding out into suit bunkers, troughs or feeder bins.
Other customisable features include tub and discharge magnets, side extensions, hay retainers, viewing platform and camera packages. Digi-star scales come standard.
